Bend Ice Season Kickoff

This annual event will be held the afternoon of Saturday, October 4th, 2025 from 3-7pm. We're combing it with our annual Gear Swap.

Bend Ice is the non-profit umbrella organization for youth hockey, figure skating, and curling in Bend.

The Bend Ice Board of Directors would like to cordially invite you, your family and your friends & neighbors, to the 2025 Season Kickoff & Gear Swap on Saturday Oct 4 from 3-7p at the Pavilion. You will be able to meet the board members from each Bend Ice association as well as other members of the community, ask questions and learn more about each association, swap your old gear, find out about the upcoming season, mingle with other clubs, and much much more!

We will have (roller) skating (please, no sticks or pucks on the rink), food and beverages, games for all and individual association breakout discussions!!!

For the Gear Swap, bring your used or outgrown gear (that means Hockey, Figure Skating or Curling gear) along with you to earn a few bucks or donate it to the next generation. This is done flea-market style so come early to claim your spot!

This will be a Potluck style event so CLICK HERE to sign up to bring a dish. Bend Ice will supply the burgers, brats, hotdogs, condiments and adult beverages but we want everyone involved. Bring your favorite hot dish, casserole, salad, or dessert! The dish types are divided by First Letter of your Last Name but you can bring a SECOND dish of your choosing if you wish to. We will also be fundraising for the new Bend Ice Scholarship fund (see below).
