Rapids Summer Dryland Training

Announcing an 8-week Off-Season Dryland & Strength Training Program for Summer 2026, in partnership with Boss Sports Performance, built around the core idea: Iron Sharpens Iron.

Athletes develop best when they are surrounded by others pushing in the same direction. This program is designed to create a structured, competitive, and supportive environment where athletes challenge each other, build strength, and raise the standard together during one of the most important development windows of the year.

- 8 Weeks: July 6th (Monday) - 8/26 (Wednesday)

- $300 ($18.75/session) for all 16 sessions
- $225 ($22.50/session) for 10 pack
- $130 ($26/session) for 5 pack


What athletes will do

- Learn and progress proper lifting mechanics (squats, lunges, hinges, presses, pulls)
- Build strength, speed, and explosiveness that translates to hockey
- Improve movement quality, coordination, and injury resistance
- Learn how to train with intention (sets, reps, rest, effort)
