Power Skating Clinic Dec 16-18, 2025
We’re excited to announce that the Bend Rapids are partnering with Christian Grunnah of Grunnah Power Skating (GPS) to host a Power Skating Clinic from December 16th – 18th!
This clinic is open to all 10U - 18U players and will take place during our regularly scheduled practice times (Tuesday - Thursday). No signups. Players just need to show up. This is the practice for the week.
The clinic is progressive. Players should attend all sessions they are scheduled for.
While this means three early mornings in a row, we believe the value players (and coaches) gain from this experience will far outweigh any fatigue. Coaches will also be participating and are encouraged to take away drills and techniques that can be reinforced during future practices.
